Terms on Real Estate

Down Payment: 10% of the contract price on day of the auction with the balance due at closing within 30 days.  A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the high bid to arrive at the contract price.  YOUR BIDDING IS NOT CONDITIONAL UPON FINANCING, so be sure you have arranged financing, if needed, and are capable of paying cash at closing.

Pre-Auction Offers:  Must be on cash terms and must be submitted to Auctioneer no later that one day prior to auction.  Professional Auctioneers, Inc. and the sellers reserve the right to sell the lots.

Absentee Bids Welcome:  Individuals unable to attend this auction may submit the required funds along with a completed absentee bid form and a signed contract of sale.  The bids will be placed by the auctioneer for them at the sale based on the instructions in the absentee bid form.

Broker Participation Invited:  A brokerage fee equal to 20% of the buyer's premium will be paid to the broker whose prospect successfully bids and closes the property.  To be eligible, you must register your prospect in writing on our Broker Registration Form prior to the day of the sale with the prospect.  Brokers as principals are excluded.
