Auctioneer's Notes: There will be only 2 opportunities to preview & inspect the personal property. All open house inspections will be conducted at the location of the property. Please attend the open houses so that you can physically inspect the items that you are interested in bidding on. The auction sale will NOT take place at the property. You will attend the auction at the auction sale site. All auction items will be sold by PHOTOGRAPH and you will purchase and pay for your items at the sale site. All purchases must be paid by CASH OR GOOD CHECK. NO credit or debit cards accepted!
